Please read this checklist, it helped me sooooo much! I always rave about this but realise its been a while since I did- and there are lots of people asking for help at the moment who could really benefit from the advice here. Honestly, it is how I got my shop going, I can't recommend it enough!! Start at the beginning and slowly work your way through :-)
