New years resolution to get my business more customers

Help? What should I do to get more customers? I have never had a purchase.

Hi Ronni! I'm new here as well (less than a month), but what got me my first two sales was a showcase. I'm also marketing my products on my blog, pinterest, twitter, and my facebook page. Every beginning is hard, but I see results every day. Also, they told me on here that the more items you have listed, the better your chances are... so I'm currently working on getting 50 items listed for a start.
Joining teams and being active in threads helps as well.
That's all I can give you, it's not much but it's a start :)

Also, you should upload a banner for your shop, and I'm thinking your prices are a bit too low for handmade items. I actually lost money on my first sale, because I thought cheaper was better lol. Best wishes!

A few things Ronni - you need more items, to get the shop going I'd say at least 25. Usually I've been told the magic number is 100 listings to really get things moving. Also, looking through a few of your listings the descriptions have spelling errors and capitalization issues, looks unprofessional. Some of your pictures are dark (pictures are the hardest, mine are far from perfect), try to use all 5 photo slots as this gives viewers a good look at your items. Good luck, hope this helps :)

thank you for those usefull comments. i have only had one sale and am nervous cuz if the holiday shipping that it will come later then what i was told...

i think i have 31 items up... what do u think so far?

Angela - you've got some really pretty pictures!! One suggestion - get a good banner, makes the shop look professional. (PS - don't look at my banner, I need a new one badly, but my husband is too busy w/ other design work LOL)

Good to hear the feedback... I just started as well and am struggling to sell my items. I don't know whether the prices are too high, I personally don't think that they are. I post on facebook but receive no response. How do I market my items?
