New to Etsy and would appreciate any feedback!

Good Morning,
I have recently set up my shop. I am new to selling on Etsy and am enjoying the community on here. I have sold on Amazon and ebay in the past and found it inpersonal and uninspiring. So I'm very excited to start on Etsy!!
I would really appreciate any feedback on my shop. It is a work in progress and am open to suggestions.

Hi Emily,

Great shop and you have great products! I like the fact that they are upcycled and each journal has a unique character to it.

Glancing at items in your shop, I thought at first you were selling vintage books. It's not apparent either from the shop sections nor listings that you are selling journal books. The first few keywords that are visible to customers should contain the word "journal" or "notebook", stating what the item is.

Your shop title is good, stating what your shop is all about. Expand a little on what is there in the shop announcement below; this section is google-able, so keywords in there would help your shop be found in search. I would also use "contact" rather than "convo", which is only used on Etsy, for those who are not familiar.

Including book dimensions would be helpful too.

Love the name of your shop. So cute! :) Also love your products. I love golden books and what you've done is super creative. You'll hear this time and time again but the more listings you can have the better. I know if I were shopping at your store, I'd be looking for one of my favorite books from my childhood. Definitely keep a lookout for books that were popular in the 70s & 80s. Upcycling is super hot right now so I think adding more info about that in your about section would really help. I'd love to hear about your adventures finding books in thrift stores and all that and I think your customers will too! You already have a great review so that is awesome. I'd suggest adding info in your descriptions and maybe even in your shop announcement and bio about the different insert options. That is definitely a unique selling point so make sure your customers know about it. I'll echo what Anita said about the dimensions as well. One thing I constantly do is look at my stats and update my tags and titles regularly so that I show up in search more often. Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply. I will be incorporating your suggestions. Where do you recommend I post my adventures in thrifting? I do have a story or two! 😉 I think that would be fun and something I had not thought of. And you made me smile. I have been stockpiling other types of books like Care Bears, Disney and more. Can't wait to start on them. And I will for sure check out the information on SEO.
