Hi Sameen,
The first 3 rows of your page 1 pics are so dark that you really can't tell what the listing is for. You should edit those. Your shop is very nice though;-)

We are pretty new too however at first glance the first 2 pics seem to be the best. Perhaps try taking pictures of the darker ones with some light frames against some lighter backgrounds?

Your designs are interesting, and I would make a suggestion for the aesthetics of the listing - to use a lighter or white background against the dark images you are creating. It will allow them to pop more and be a bit more eye catching.

thanks alotttttttttttt im soo much happy that u guys took response :). yes u guys are talking about my antique dictionary page prints . yes they are too dark . whenever i see from my laptop it looks bright and whenever i see from my cell it looks very dark :(........ but my these images are not dark . they look darker here :( . i will try to fix in bright frames.

Hi, Sameen, congratulations on launching your new shop!!

I agree that your photos are dark and difficult to see. IMO your first photo should be without a frame to enlarge the image. Other photos can include frames, photos on the wall, on a little table, etc.

I think your warning on your listings regarding copyright anticipates the buyers' misuse of your files:

The artwork in this shop is totally the authority of mine.You don't have right to copy my designs. So,you have been warned.If you steal it ,copy it, you will be sued for damages.

I would delete "So,you have been warned.If you steal it ,copy it, you will be sued for damages."

IMO put the entire note in your policies.

I have updated my shop and now remove those dark images from my shop .only last page 4 has left .plz have a look. N tell me how are the designs.its now my four days approx .still waiting for the customers.

Have you clicked on "Your shop" to see what other people see when they look at page 1? There are still way too many dark items that are hard to distinguish on page 1 and it doesn't make people want to see what is on the other pages. I know you changed some things because some of the listings have white writing on them - which helps. But you might consider mixing them up like a checkerboard...but don't put them all bunched up together. You want to captivate your shoppers with some color and clear photos. If I were you I would go to the very bottom of the page on the left - where it says "Rearrange shop" and click on it and put all of the dark brown listings on another page or mix them up with the lighter brighter ones by bringing some of those to page 1. Make sure you save your changes. Put your brighter and clearer listings on the front page of your shop. Also, maybe you could take your photos of the darker ones from a distance? So you get more of feel for how they would look displayed on a wall? You can always spell out what they say in your listing details. I hope this helps because you really do have some beautiful things.

Quick thoughts:

--Use all of your tags for every item. Some of yours, you're only using a few and that's silly. Tags are your opportunity to make sure your items are pulled into certain searches. Make sure you're taking all opportunities to make yourself appear.

--On the main page of your shop, I dont like that many of your items have that big white frame taking up so much of the listing photo. It makes what the person actually wants to see (the print/quote) smaller, and also creates (in my opinion) too much white space on the shop page. I would make the listing photo (first photo) be without a frame. Especially since the frame is not included anyway.

--Make sure that your descriptions are as grammatically correct as possible. I don't say this to be rude, but because people tend to associate poor attention to grammar with poor attention to other things (like the quality of your work). Having random words capitalized, or sentences that don't make any sense can turn potential buyers off as they read your descriptions. Even one of your items (a Batman invitation -- copyrighted, by the way) had incorrect punctuation and capitalization.

It's best to make sure that every item you're adding to your shop is truly ready to be put up and is polished than to just throw out a TON to fill up your shop.

i have mixed my images so , its looking very nice i think ?and also,i have cleared dark images to light texture and changed totally .... plz support me . i need your help guys .... and im working now in tags & descriptions.Also tell me about the description of my listings. Are they correct ...

Your shop looks so much better now! Lightening up the darker images and rearranging your shop has really helped your items to POP off the page. Great job. Now, spend some time browsing other successful shops and see what kinds of titles and tags they use to get found in search. Also, check your stats page daily to see what search words people are using to find you. This helps you to know what tags are effective so you can continue to tweek them.

PS...as far as I know the stats for search info only shows up on the laptop, not on the Etsy app.
