It's all about relevancy with tags/ SEO. You need to keep it updated on a constant basis to keep your listings higher. You can also change your description, titles and I believe the photos.
As for your banner and picture, I feel they're great! Just add more items to your shop, promote yourself and social media and I'm sure you'll do great!
