Need help! Photo uploads

Hello everyone. I am new to Etsy. I am enjoying my experience. Lots if fun! I have photos that I uploaded to my Etsy shop. They are tall arrangements. However, after the photos were uploaded to my shop for display they are sideways instead of upright. When I right click on the photos there is no rotating option. Can you please share how to make the photos upright? I have uploaded these photos more than once in an attempt to correct this problem. Thank you.

Re: Need help! Photo uploads

I usually down load all my photos to my computer first, than any that are sideways I fix them by right clicking on the photo that rotating it. That usually fixes it for me.

Yes, I did so. However, when I uploaded them they were still sideways. The other photos I upload are not problematic.

Re: Need help! Photo uploads

Landscape and square photos always work best.
Your dimensions are not consistent which is why your pictures are appearing warped. If you have one narrow vertical photo and one long landscape photo that is how you wind up with the gray bars around the photos when you upload them to Etsy.
Check out this article on what to size them for proper display. Once you sort that all out you shouldn't have an issue.

Re: Need help! Photo uploads

I change all my photos to be 1000 pixels square. I have had various problems when the pictures were not all the same dimensions.
