I received 2 orders in one day 2/29 and was super excited. That night I finished both orders and was just waiting till in the morning to ship them when my baby girl woke up yesterday with an awful stomach virus... Couldn't get to the PO. Then 2am, this morning my son had it and 9am I caught it. Hopefully I can have my husband drop them off this afternoon, but that would be Friday and my policy says I ship out every Tue/Thur... And it kills me when I don't get it out the next day at the latest.
An I being dramatic and should just ship it out this afternoon and stop worrying about it..
Or should I consider an email to the customers and explain and maybe offer money back or something else...
What would you do?
