Need a Facebook Page Guru

Hi All

I am looking for a FB guru. If you feel you are really good at FB, and don't mind taking a few minutes, could you answer these questions?

1. On my page, if I go to the page its self, I see the Wall, and the Admin View. I have some posts on the wall, and I have some posts in the Admin view. And, in the Admin view, I have Hidden Posts, (not that I've told it to hide anything...it just has). Why are my posts all over the place like that??? AND...if I click on "Home" in the upper right hand corner, that puts me at the page's newsfeed. Now I am confused. I thought the Wall WAS the newsfeed.

2. I have a personal page, and our business page. In the upper right hand corner, if I click on the drop down box for "Account", this gives me the option to use FB as page or myself. What exactly does that mean and what is involved in that?

3. This may go with the last question...If I "use FB as page" and I post something on the page, does it go to my friends because I am still me "using FB as a page", or does it only go to those who have "liked" my page? And, if I want to ensure that my friends get the post, do I post it on my page, and then "use FB as me" and post it again on my personal page? I REALLY don't want to be spammy!!!

4. Now that I am "liking" all these people, I see lots of etsy type posts on my personal page. Are all my friends seeing this too??? However, I am not seeing these postings on my business page. Why not?

Well, that's it for now. I'm sure I will come up with some others. And, if anyone else wants to ask something, feel free!

answer to #2: Basically if you use FB as your page then anything you comment on or any page you like will be liked by you business page and not your personal page. I wouldn't suggest liking others pages as your business page though bc then the like won't "count" towards that pages number of likes

#3 & #4: When you use FB as your fan page, your posts will only be seen by those who have fanned your page. Works the same way with your personal page. If you likea page using your personal page then that information will show on your personal wall and your friends will be able to see it. It will not show on your business page's wall since you did it using your personal page. However, if you would also like to "like" a page as your business page, you can just click the link "add to my page's favorites" (or something like that; it's usually found onthe left hand side under the picture) and then that fan page will be "liked" by your business page or added to your business page's favorites.

I'm honestly not sure about question 1... It'd be one of those things that I'd have to see to fully understand what is going on.

1. Your admin view is YOUR view of your page as the uber admin. The "wall" view is what *I* would see if I went to your business page. Basically there is a private view and a public view. I'm still trying to figure out why FB shows some wall posts as public and some not...if I do, I'll repost. LOL

2. You have named yourself as an admin for your business page. I have done the same. This is the same as if you were to go logout and log back in as your business. FB has just made it easy for you to switch back and forth between the two without having to log out and back in.

3. Depending upon who you are using FB as, it will show up on those people's newsfeeds. If you're using FB as your business, it will show on your fans newsfeeds, if you are using it as you, it will show up on your friends newsfeeds. (I hope that was clear)

4. Sorry, I'm unclear what you're asking.
