Need Quick Payment Question Help

My customer ordered something a couple days ago and now is wanting to pay and can't figure out how to do it.

What can I tell her?

If she didn't pay when she placed the order, you can go into your PayPal account and create an invoice to email to her. The email will direct her to Paypal and i dont believe she even needs a Paypal account to pay the invoice. I'm not sure if there is an easier way to do it through Etsy after the order was already placed. good luck!

Thank you.. I thought there may be another Etsy way other than the invoice, as that was my first choice. I will definitely add the link to my policies... Thank you for that.

She ended up buying the item again and paying for it. The first time she used "other", and couldn't find how to change it. I will cancel the first transaction.
