Work on your photographs first. Many are over exposed, bleached out color, and out of focus. If I see a shop with poor photographs I move on immediately - it not only is hard to understand what you are trying to sell but it also tells me as a buyer that you do not care enough about your shop to post good images of your items. That carries over, in my mind, to the quality of what you are selling.
Join a team that helps with SEO and keywords to find other ways to tag your items if the ones you are using are not working.
You have gotten sales - concentrate on what is working to build up your number of sales. If scrubbies are what sells - make them in lots of different color combinations and patterns. Build on the success you have had.
Try to be unique in some what to differentiate yourself from all the other sellers on Etsy.
