Hi! I can help you a little!
First, how many views you get isn't a very reliable metric when gauging your "success" on etsy unless you keep track of where they are coming from. If you have views from search, categories, or browse that's good. You'll have a fairly large chance of those views turning into sales. If you are marketing on social networking sites, those views could also be important. One view from a direct search could be more valuable to you than 600 views from teams or tumblr (just examples).
Another thing, you should have a uniform or cohesive look to your products. Check out any successful shop on etsy and you'll see that there are repeating qualities in their shop.
For example:

That's not good. An effective branding plan builds confidence and right now you aren't using it to your advantage.
Another thing, it's a slow time on Etsy. Make your shop look as appealing and put together as you can so that when the holidays come, you're ready.
One last thing, 20 items is not nearly enough. Luxurious items like specialty soaps and sprays are in an extremely saturated category. Many shops offer entire product lines with a huge selection of scents and ingredients. Choice makes shopping fun! You should try to offer more variations on your products. Think like a customer and be as objective as possible and ask yourself, "would I trust this retailer?" All they know about you is your photos and your descriptions, make them count.
Good luck to you!
