The first thing I want to know when I see your taggie blankets (which are cute!) is how big they are. I see that you say it may vary a bit because they are handmade, and as someone who sews, I understand that, but at least give a ballpark measurement! I have no idea if these taggies are 8 inches by 8 inches or 24x24, or who knows what! I would never buy something online if I had no idea how big it was.
Also work on your tags as some are redundant. For example:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/224179586/runaway-train-themed-baby-toddler-taggy?ref=related-3You have the tag "baby boy taggie"
--this tag makes you relevant for searches of "baby", "boy", "taggie", "baby boy", "boy taggie", AND "baby boy taggie". Yet you also have separate tags of "baby boy" and "taggie". That's a waste of two tags.
--you do this again with the tag "baby accessories", because that is one of your Etsy categories and thus you're automatically relevant for that search
Go through and remove redundant tags so that you can add a new tag to make you relevant for new search terms! Also, as a general rule always use multi-word tags rather than single word tags.
Nikki put together this great general shop tips/advice post:

I'd look through those blogs/articles and edit anything in your shop according to that advice.
