I received a One Star review without any communication/messaging from the buyer. I will not respond to the Review as I know that locks it in.
This buyer purchased a ring that was on sale. My sale policy was clearly posted in my shop announcement: All Sales Are Final; No Exchanges. I believe this also appears in each individual listing. The dimensions were accurately stated in the listing description. I suspect that the buyer failed to read the description. I have reached out to her via Etsy messaging and via her personal email. I am offering her an exception to my policy to return the ring to exchange for another of equal or greater value. I have yet to receive a reply.
I understand that subjective disappointments are inevitable, but to be accused of deception without any evidence is just wrong. I dot not intend to issue a refund, just an exchange which puts me at risk for having g a case opened. Any suggestions??
