Good -- I hit my "fifty sales" mark today... two sales, making it 51. My goal was to hit that by Dec. 31... but a week late, that's great!
Bad -- What do you do when a person asks you so many questions, taking up your productivity time asking information that is already contained in the listing? This happens a lot. Sometimes I wonder why someone asks so many questions, seems so interested and complimentary, and then disappears. Anyone else have this dilemma, and how do you handle it?
Ugly -- I had a person ask many questions (details that were in the photo and listing). I replied to each one, giving the information they requested. Finally, I reminded the person that the item is vintage used, and that I hope they weren't under the impression that it was new.
The person replied that they just wanted to make sure it wasn't a piece of trash --
My reply was short, I would never sell anything that wasn't good quality.
This is the first time I've ever experienced anything negative here on etsy. I don't know what to do if they actually end up purchasing the item... can I refuse the sale, or should I?
Now... trying to get back to the good... 51 sales, yay!
