My first sale in May

Yesterday I got my first sale this May, a month after my last sale in April. I was pleased and relived to gain a sale. The sale was two lots of 6 knitted "Egg Cosies".

I hope the rest of May will be kind to me and have a few more sales, fingers crossed.

How are you doing this May, any sales, many sales, no sales?

Bit slow ever since January. My views and sales are down from last year when previously there was nothing but growth.
That said, I am nearly at 1400 sales and the etsy shop still pays for our dance classes and competitions so hanging in there!
My other shop only has four sales since opening in February. Just not a good time to be an etsy seller,

I had two sales this week, my first ones this month. Very happy about it! I thought I had vanished.
Your egg cosies are so so cute! Hope you will sell many more!

We have had a few nibbles but no sales yet. We are hoping that fall and winter will bring us more exposure.

May has been exceptionally slow for me. April was my best month yet since opening at the beginning of Nov last year, and then May came and I was optimistic. Then traffic just dried up. I had three sales at the start of May and now nothing in these last 10 days so far. It's driving me up the wall! I hear other people are having the same trouble. I'm following advice and trying to work n my raged, shop, make improvements etc, but nothing seems to having an effect so far. Good luck, I will share anything if I hit on something that changes things!

Congrats on the sale. I have had a slow year as well. I am hoping the nicer weather will bring more people to my shop--things made from sails.

Luckily it's been a really good month for me. About 1-4 sales a day. I feel very fortunate.

Yeah, this has been a great month for me. 6 sales, one of them which was huge and a repeat customer.

I can't complain much. :)

This year was terrible for me, I haven't had sales since December, fortunately this month broke the curse.

I am a beginner on Etsy since mid-April. I have now had three sell and sind 2 weeks nothing more. I'm working daily on Etsy to follow my followers and seek nice items.

I started almost a month ago and have had 2 sales. I hope it picks up over the summer. My shop funds my college tuition. :/

I've only had one sale this month so far. January was my best month for sales (I got 8 that month). It sucks! I'm listing a lot more things this month so hopefully that will help. Vintage is a tough sell, I guess. Good luck to you all!

On my 2nd sale this month, very slow compared to other years. Just going to wait and see if it picks up. Otherwise might look elsewhere, perhaphs Etsy's momentum is way down.
