More favorites than views???

So I just checked my stats for this morning, and I have ONE view...and NINE favorites!! (it's one shop view and 2 shop favorites, 7 listing favorites)

How does that happen??? I checked my activity feed and the favorites are all on only one or two of my paintings. What I'm thinking is that the favorites have all come from the activity feed...that people are clicking "favorite" from there without ever even going to my shop and looking around? Does that sound right?

I've recently added and have been added to some very LARGE circles. So I guess it's getting seen more. Which is good. And it's definitely more fun to open stats and see hearts!! I'll take 'em. But if the people aren't even interested in seeing more than a thumbnail, then they probably aren't even close to being potential sales, either!!

Well...I imagine that it could be in your circles feed. People can like it w/out opening it.

They can do that anywhere on the site as far as I'm aware; the little favourites heart pops up on the thumbnail. So someone can add your item to their favourites without even clicking into the listing. Good news though, whatever the reason :D

yupp, I do it myself... see an item go by in my activity feed that I like, and heart it from there without actually clicking on the item. I can always go back later to check it out when I have more time.

I do that all the time. If i'm searching for a treasury theme I'll just heart the item and save it for later without actually looking at it, sad but true. I think a lot of people do that.
