I agree with Eilidh about your photos. Better lighting, no shadow, white background -- this will really make your cards pop. I'd suggest making a lightbox, it's cheap and easy and will make 100% difference. Your photos will grab more attention and your items will get featured in treasuries more often.
I also think you should try to have more than one photo with each listing. Maybe a pic of the card with the envelope it comes with? What about what the card looks like on the inside when you open it? Buyers want all the info and detail they can get before they commit to a purchase.
Also, FOR SURE, you need to use all 13 (or is it 14?) of the available tags. I see you are only using about 8 to 10 for each one. The more tags you use, the more of a chance you have for someone to find your item.
You could also beef up your descriptions more. I love your Valentine's Day card, but I don't know anything about it other than it's measurements and what I see in the picture. Tell me about some of the materials you used to make the card, did you assemble everything here by hand? Is it patterned scrapbook paper glued to card stock? Buyers will want to know. Some of these materials you can use as inspiration for the tags you could be adding to your listings.
All of these are relatively easy things that you can do to improve your shop, and once you change your photos (and add more), add tags and more descriptions, you will see a drastic increase in your views and hopefully your sales!!
