Made to order

I just had a request on a made to order bag had to do a new drawing so would i charge extra than what i would for a bag I've already made?
Help Suggestions please :)

Completely up to you. If it was me and it was going to be a complete 1 off then perhaps I would charge slightly more. But if you can add the new design to your store I wouldn't.

I agree with Sara. It's up to you. I adjust things all the time for custom orders. Like, changing a pocket size, or even adding a solid color instead of a print. These things (so long as I have the fabric on hand or would normally have it on hand) I do not charge for. If I have to redesign something (like a different strap or a different style pocket) or the request requires more or different fabric, then I charge a little extra.

Ive never done a made to order so do i just add a made to order listing on my shop for that one person to buy from? I have no idea sorry guys

That is what I do, Amy. I have one sitting in my shop right now for a customer that I've been chatting with today. I don't start work until the purchase has been made :) congratulations.
