I made a sale this morning and it's not showing up. It's an easter outfit with tutu and it's paid and not showing up in sales. Does anyone else know why this is happening, and can you guys see it from your screen?
Yes, it shows up as one of your sold items. Not sure why it's not showing up though. I've had sales where I've heard the cha-ching on my phone but then it's taken awhile to show up on my stats as a sale. Hopefully it will show up soon!
Ive never had it happen to me before. I checked on my moms computer and it showed up. I'm using chrome and she uses fireforx. That could be why too. I also made the sale at 2 am
If you are part of the test - no sold items from the last week are pictured when you click on Sales. You'll have to go to your shop to see them. They are recorded as part of the # however.
