Typically if you're getting a lot of views & not many sales it could indicate that you aren't bringing your ideal customer into your shop.
I'd suggest getting clear on who your ideal customer is...not your target customer. Find places where they would be online & market your biz & your products there.
I took a look at your shop & you have a wide variety of prices which is great, but one thing to consider. When people come in looking to buy higher priced items {really any item for that matter}, they're going to need to be sold via your photos & descriptions...professional sounding policies, etc. Photos are something that seem to always need improvement & I noticed that a lot of yours look dark. Have you tried editing them or changing your EV & white balance settings on your camera? I think that would help.
