Lost express package through usps

Hello all,

I sent a package to a customer with express mail through USPS. I did that through paypal so signature is waived. Now the customer said she didn't receive it. When I tracked the package, it shows it's been delivered this morning. What would you do in this situation. Please help....... I am going to have a heart attack!

Give it an extra day or two to surface. Sometimes USPS will say something has arrived when it hasn't. Don't give up hope quite yet!

Call USPS, and have them track the package and also be really nice to them and firm at the same time. They have been very helpful to me when I thought they lost a package I sent. They will work with you. Hopefully, everything works out. Good Luck.
