Listing more than one item in a Reserved Listing?

HI,
Does anyone know how to list more than one item in ONE RESERVED LISTING?
I have a client that bought 4 items and would love to list them all in one listing.

I'm not sure exactly how it is, but I would just put all four items in a group together for the first picture, then maybe a picture of one of each in the other picture options, and put in the heading that it was a set of four reserved for whoever it is.

Just total up the price for all the items and make that the listing. Don't worry about what category you put the listing in; it's designed to be bought by one person, not searched for, so it doesn't matter where you put it.

I've never done a reserved listing, but maybe you could combine all four into a custom order? That way you could adjust shipping, etc.
