Kind of Disappointed in "Browse"

I used to show up really well in categories, but now, nada.

And that would be my own fault, except when I'm looking through via this new browse tool, it seems like a decent number of items in a particular section don't actually belong there!

Anyone have similar experience? Alternatively, anyone disagree? I'd love to hear that this is working for someone!

I feel the same, especially because a fair amount of my items are made for men AND women.
We can only hope that people will come to Etsy searching for what they want, make the search to find the item in our shops.

Sorta bummed, but my sales and views haven't changed too much.

I have always been found in search more than through the categories and that continues to be the case. I have however had a few hits through the new browse.
So for me views have not changed and I really like being able to view so many items really easily through the browse.
I have noticed some odd things appearing in toys though, like a wooden beer holder ( a really nice one too) and some wooden trunks too.
few teething problems I think.

I'm with you Mel, in regards to preferring it as a buyer experience (but just not as a seller experience).

And yes, in the kids/toys section was where I was noticing the odd things, too!

I used to rarely get views in categories except the day or two after listing something new or relisting. I'm getting some views in browse, probably about the same numbers overall, so I think it's a wash for me.

How are you telling if you are getting views through browse? I guess I'm missing something.

I have been getting views from browse. However, when I look to see where my items are, I can't find anything anywhere. I don't know how I am being found.

What is "browse" I've heard a lot of talk about it but I haven't seen it anywhere.
