As crochetgal said your title is a little confusing. Lots of keywords in there is good, but maybe change the first words in your title to Bracelet Set.

I think you need to simplify your title, the first three words are the ones that really count. Then for your key words also keep that simple, if you were a buyer wanting to purchase a bracelet like this what are the two or three words you would type into the search bar to find a bracelet?
Me personally I would try something simple like turkish charm bracelet.

Before knowing what keywords to enter for your item you need to monitor your stats page. If some search keywords appear for that particular item then you need to change the ones that didn't appear only not all of them.
