I would drop your name as a tag- unless you're 'somebody' in the industry and others are using your name to try and gain attention, it's just a waisted tag. Also, once you start getting more views, favorites, features on treasuries and more sales you'll start pulling up higher in the ranking system because your shop is more 'valid' in Etsy's mind. In the meantime, build more traffic in your shop woth better tags.

3x5 frame, 3*5 frame, photo frame, picture frame, modern decore, modern home, Christmas frame, modern Christmas, hand painted, wood frame, aqua, orange, baby picture
You duplicated 3x5 farme and 3x5 frames- Etsy searches for both an (s) and without an (s) when somebody puts in a word. Your hits will tell you if people are searching plural or not, but it doesn't matter in your SEO. I would include 3*5, though, because many people use the keypad for numbers and substitute the * for x. Also, the more 2 or 3 word tags, the higher your ranking will be. Once you become established you can go back to single word tags, but to draw more attention you'll need to work harder.
