Items shipped to customer but I haven't recieved payment yet?

I'm worried. This is my second order so far... not sure if I should be worried or not. The customer placed the order on 5/11, I shipped the order on 5/14, and the customer recieved and left feedback on 5/16. I have been checking my bank account and I've yet to recieve payment. What happened? What should I do now?

Mallory, on the order it will state what method of payment was selected. If the payment hasn't been made, then please contact the buyer before you ship anything.

If the order was paid via paypal, the funds will be in the paypal account that you have associated with your Etsy shop.

You can find your paypal email that you have set up for your shop by going to shop settings and looking in the 'shipping and payment section.

If you are paid via paypal, you will have to transfer the funds yourself to the bank account that you have attached to your paypal account.

If the customer has paid via Etsy's direct checkout, the funds will be sitting in your shop payment account. Here you will have to schedule a deposit to your bank account as the funds are not transferred automatically.

Definitely be sure that payment has been received before mailing ANY purchase. Mallory, hopefully you'll find payment for your item in either DC or PayPal!

If you hadn't been paid why did you ship the item? I doubt there's much you can do now besides wait but it's your own fault for not waiting for payment before shipping
