Issue loading shop payment account page?

Is anyone else having issues loading the Shop Payment Account page for your shop? It's been a few days and I can't load it at all. I get the "oops" page with site issue notices, but there's nothing listed anywhere for this.

Well, I don't know if I can get the Shop Payment page, but it's been a few days since I've been able to access the forums--also get the oops page.

I've been having a lot of issues with etsy loading...all pages. Every other site works, but etsy has been super slow and failing to load most of the time.

I've not had an issue with Etsy today including the Shop Payment Account today.

You want to contact Etsy support and/or post in the Bugs forum.

Hi all, I posted to Bugs. It would seem that the problem I was having was fixed by clearing the cache (I just started using Chrome). Maybe that would work for you also.

Sorry, but the standard answer to pretty much every bug reported in the bugs forum is to clear your cache or update your browser.
Of course that DOES often solve the problem. But those mods suggest it every single time, wether it makes sense or not.

WHat I've found....is that all the links I have to my SHop Payment Account are formatted in a way to show where the page redirect came from..such as "https://www.etsy.com/your/account/payments?ref=si_ys_dd_shop_payment_account"

What I discovered works, is to edit the url in the address bar of your browser from 'https://www.etsy.com/your/account/payments?ref=si_ys_dd_shop_payment_account' to 'https://www.etsy.com/your/account/payments' and the link will work fine. Somehow they changed code in the backend that is not parsing links correctly with all the extra junk.

I hope this will help someone else.

I am having the same problem not just in my computer but my phone app also 

cannot load payment account 

it’s been days now can anyone help
