Is there another way?

I had someone recently purchase a crystal baseball pendant from me.
I had everything ready, and I placed it in the mail drop.
I sent her a convo letting her know it was in the mail drop, and I asked her "Just curious- who are you rooting for? =)" [Then I logged off for a little while.]
I figured that she'd say LSU (even though she's from Alabama), because the pendant was purple and gold, and there are LSU fans in all states, not just Louisiana.
She told me that her son is a pitcher in Alabama, and she told me the school. When I looked up their colors, the colors were NAVY and yellow gold, not purple and yellow gold. (The description does say purple and gold, but the colors are pretty close.)
When I tried to get the package out of the mail drop- it was GONE. I left a note for USPS, contacted them, and ultimately, I couldn't retrieve the package. That night, I made a new one for her with navy and yellow gold. She sent the original one back, and I'm ready to send her correct pendant out to her.
Can I make a new shipping label on Etsy, or do I have to drop it off at the post office..?
Since it's already marked as "shipped", I can't just re-print a label that's been used already.

You should be able to print a new label from Etsy from the original receipt.

Check the receipt...and click "Print Label"

You can print up to four shipping labels through Etsy for a single order now, so you should be able to just print a new one up if you go into Sold Orders and click on the receipt you will see a print shipping label button, and you can make up a new one.
