Some of it might be the price:

People who shop for handmade soap will pay more for it, but they still want a good value for what they're paying. I know that working with MP isn't easy, but to shoppers, there's a perceived value. CP is worth more than MP. Check out what other soapers are selling their soaps for. My 5 -6 ounce bars of cold process are selling for $6, and that's about what others charge for theirs. There are some that are more expensive, but they're using pricier oils than I am.
You might also want to invest in some good silicone soap molds. There's no consistency in what your bars look like, and shoppers like that. Keep working - you'll get there. I've made soap for years, and I know how hard it is. :)
