Is there a way to change the shipping address?

Can the shipping address be changed without having to cancel the transaction and have the buyer purchase it again?

No, I think. But you can discuss about the adress changes with the buyer?

I am not sure, but I seem to remember that you can "edit" the address and, therefore, change it when you buy postage for the item you are shipping.

Yes, on the Etsy label page, you will see there is a small "edit address" hyperlink under your buyer's address. Click on it and you will be able to change the shipping address.

Awesome thank you so much Fishcouple! I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do a shipping label and it's an international order, so I didn't want to have to fill out the customs form. :)

You can manually change the address through Etsy's shipping label system right before you print the shipping label. It will not save those address changes, so you can't change the address and then come back days later, it does revert back to the original address.

The one thing that you CANNOT change on the address is the country. If they purchased with an international address and want it shipped to a friend in the US, that doesn't work through Etsy. You may be able to do that via Paypal, or just go to the post office and hand write the address.
