Is there a way to block a specific shop or buyer from accessing your own shop?

I don't believe you can block someone, but you can always refuse them service.

No. If it is an issue with convos, you can ask them to stop and report them to Etsy if they don't stop.

I asked that same question on the BUGS FORUM and the answer they gave me was as "SewLoDesigns" stated above. In a nutshell ,you can't block a specific Buyer.

They just directed me back to the DO's and Don'ts link.

I had the same problem a few months ago too. Unfortunately you can't block a shop and like CarolBrady said you can tell the person who is sending convos to quit if that is your problem. I kept at Etsy until they sent me more than a generic e-mail answer regarding unwanted convos.

Don't know if this helps but hope you work things out.
