Is there a tool to mark down only certain things in your shop

There are some things that just haven't sold in the last year and I would like to clear them out. Is there a way to only mark down a few of those listing or do you just mark down the price? I wanted to have that look of old price vs new price. Any suggestions?

Etsy on sale I think let's you do that. Etsyonsale.com. You can always mark them down and create a sale section too.
