Hey! I shipped an order to Mexico on the 20th of January, and it left Mexico City on the 25th, and processed at another facility on the 3rd of February. The customer messaged me today, and said she still had not received it. Has anyone shipped to Mexico before? Is this typical? I've shipped internationally before, and know it takes time, I just don't know what is typical for Mexico. Any input would be great. Not sure how to proceed with this customer.
