Incredible amount of views

Today I had nearly 400 views on a single object in my shop, and when I looked at the stats they all come from twitter. Now it is only shown t.co instead of the full twitter url (I think for privacy..) but I was wondering if I can find somewhere who published my item and where.
Do you know what can I do?

Etsy tweeted it. If you copy and paste the url into the search bar on Twitter the tweet will come up.
