In tears....

I just got the most amazing email from a customer that ordered a custom order for mothers day. She said that her mother called her in tears over the beautiful pendant that she received in the mail. She went on to tell me the story behind the pendant that she custom ordered and it was just beautiful....she had me in tears. I just wanted to say how amazing it feels when you get feedback like that. It makes it all worth it- I always say my goal in a gift is to make the receiver cry, sounds funny, but to ignite that emotion is a pretty big thing, in this case the giver and receiver were both in tears :)

I had one a couple of weeks ago that had ME in tears. I'm holding my breath a bit, waiting to hear back from the lady who ordered from (this was in my jewelry shop). I hope her mom and her mom-in-law like their necklaces. :D
