I discovered this awesome resource a few weeks back, and well wanted to share it with you.
The problem: constantly checking your email to see if you made any sales
The solution:
http://ifttt.com/recipes/18477 (only works with gmail) searches your email inbox every 15 minutes for that elusive payment email from paypal and then sends you a text message! Wooooo SALES DANCE
IFTTT basically links social media, gmail, blogs, SMS and lots more together
You can upload photos to facebook and IFTTT will automagically upload them to tumblr, wordpress, blogger, flickr, twitter, dropbox, instagram.
"Channels" are the websites and applications, flickr, facebook, etc
"Triggers" are the inputs, like a new email, mention, photo, etc
"Actions" are the outputs, like copy photos or SMS or send email etc
Put them together in a "recipe" and you create a "task".
