I would love a fresh set of eyes.... Please tell me what you think of my shop so far. I am working hard to get more items in the store, but other than that what do you think I need to do? Thanks in advance for your opinions!!

First off, add more items! The more items the better chance of getting found. Your photos look great, but I thought the ones of the clutches were a little dark... the other photos look good though :)

Is is hard getting a lot of views with just a few items, but it also takes time to build inventory. One thing you can do right away to achieve better SEO is change your shop announcement so you tell FIRST what you are selling (like I do here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/EleanorsVintage), THEN welcome people to your shop - I know it goes against the grain, but otherwise you are giving away valuable SEO real estate!

I agree with Mandy that some of the photos are a little dark. Also, when showing pillows, I would always show the 'front side' of the pillow in the first photo. Even if you like the 2nd fabric, you can show it later. That vintage floral is beautiful, and buyers need to see it right!

Policies, have some.
When do you ship? How do you ship? Are items returnable? Who pays return shipping? How long do they have to return an item? How do they care for their pieces? How do people go about asking you for a custom order? What are the costs for custom orders? ETC.

Check out some other shop's policy pages. Specifics are best, don't use "I'll try", or "it might". Have specific policies and stick to them.

It took me 6 months before I started seeing regular sales and constant promotion. I have repeat customers now and I do very little advertising except for the search ads.

What Claudia said about your announcement. Shop is very cute but you need to have at least 2 pages of items. And of course policies are very important.

Ok thanks, I made a lot of the recommended changes just now. I am working daily on adding new items too, but I really appreciate all the advice on fine-tuning the appearance, etc.

Your shop looks great! just add more items and don't forget to fill out the "about" page. I always read about the owner of the shop, you get to know a little about them.

I'm still new and I'm trying to get my shop to look good.
I can tell you looking at you shop there is two things I would like to point out. First the pics you have somebody holding purse is to dark and you need to work on them. If you really like to use somebody to hold purse has to wear some light colors and then you will have the purse in focus .
Second you need to list some more items and be patient you just opened your store. I've opened my store in July and just now started to sell some items.
