As a start you must add more listings, then you have to readjust your tags and your titles, concetrate to the main title of your product (necklaces, pearl necklaces and then the rest....) you can see in the search box of Etsy from similar shops and try to have 2 listings of the same item but change every time the the first tag (Include the main tag but do not use the same first tag in all items).
A very good tool for keyword tags is the etsyrank.com and it has great options.
Afterwards, i believe you have to enhance your photos do not use a white backround give something colorfull to emphasize your items and use someone to wear them so you can show up the item on its very environment how it would look like on a woman's neck.
At last try to enrich your shop information, (About, Policies, Photos of your lab, Faqs and e.t.c) give a completed image of your shop.
