Camille,
There are actually a lot of things you can do to improve your shop. You are off to a great start, now it is all about fine tuning it to get found by the right customers!
1. Prices. In my opinion, yours are too low. People associate low prices with poor quality.
2. You need a shop title that explains what you sell.
3. Your shop announcement should be filled with keywords shoppers would search for to find your items.
4. Your tags need help! You have: brown chain necklace touquise gold hot complete edgy chic wooden dishwasher like never before. You need: bead necklace, brown necklace, turquoise necklace, brown jewelry, etc. These are the words shoppers type into the search bar to find you. Here is a great SEO guide:

6. Add more items! Add as many as you can.
7. Don't give up! It's a lot of work, but it can happen. Good luck!
