I just got my new camera!

My new camera came today and I love it! It's a Canon Powershot SX40 HS. I got it from this Amazon seller with a bag, 8GB SD card, mini tripod, and cleaning kit http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NCS304/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00 for the same price of just the camera at Best Buy. I've been playing around with it, and it's great! It was getting dark by the time I charged the battery and got it running so I haven't been able to retake any of my item photos yet, but I have a good feeling about this camera.

Also, the Fedex guy said, "You moved recently, didn't you? I remember delivering a lot of packages to you at Kingswood." Maybe I buy stuff online a lot.

Haha, congrats! I was just feeling like that when I recieved two packages in the mail today...

I did another photo shoot today with my friends camara! I can relate to the feeling of "jonesing" for new photos. Looking forward to seeing the updated pics!

I was just playing around and decided to see if it could take a decent shot of my vintage ring (which my old camera couldn't do at all). Despite the crappy lighting in my apartment right now, it took a pretty awesome photo!
