I just wanted to share it with you all because it's exciting =D
It was one of my goals to buy an item on Etsy. If I'm selling, I want to give back!

Has anyone else bought on Etsy before?

I have bought way more on Etsy than I have sold. I buy most of my supplies dabble in kitchen equipment and clothes if I see something I like. I check first with Etsy before I purchase anywhere else.

I have a limited budget for craft supplies so I usually buy on other sites, but it does feel great to buy something, even if rarely. I've already been browsing around for items I want!

I would have purchased a ring for a friend's birthday but sadly the ring is overseas and therefore will not arrive in time. I have my eye on that ring, though, for next time :)

I bought 2 items on Etsy ! I m new on etsy and sold 11 items but wanna support too , I got a cutting board from a new shop , it was his 2nd sale and he'll surprise me , so excited though !

I just got an Etsy item in the mail today. I bought a cute pouch from OvationStudios to protect my iPod Touch and ear buds. I love it!

I ordered supplies yesterday and got notification today that they shipped. Yay!

It's an ocarina- what I bought. I'd bought a plastic one before but I lost it, so I was searching on the forums until someone linked me to the shop. It's quite cool to see and experience firsthand how an item if found and bought.

I buy stuff on Etsy all the time. It has replaced Amazon as my "go to" place for crafting supplies, gifts, cards, etc etc etc. If only my sales from my shop would keep up with my buying (sigh) ... anyway, I like the idea of supporting my fellow shop owners instead of some huge nameless faceless corporation. And, with one exception, I have had faultless, exceptional buying experiences, and the merchandise has always been top quality. I think that's part of why Etsy makes so much money - while we're waiting to make sales, we're busy spending money in each other's shops!

I love purchasing from other etsy sellers! Try to get all my supplies here & a few gifts as well. I figure I can't expect to make any sales if I'm not buying, ya know..what goes around comes around.. Plus I feel much better spending the money on something quality & handmade straight from the hands that made it. Much more personal.

I am guilty of not yet making a purchase on Etsy... although, I do have some "favorited" items I'm saving for. I'm sure my first Etsy purchase will feel nearly as good as my first Etsy sale did!

I did purchase all my Christmas cards and tags on Etsy this year as well as a gift for my cousin. I've bought two supplies as well... one just yesterday in fact : ) I'm trying to generate good "Etsy Karma" by being both a seller and a buyer... lol : )

I think it's nice that there's No two set groups of buyers and sellers, but that there is a mix of both

I've bought loads. Supplies and finished pieces. Buying from etsy is so exciting. I love packaging, and I love how every seller does it differently. Some don't do anything special, but some people are creative, and I find that as part of the etsy buying experience. Etsy is my favourite place to buy gifts for other people, and myself!
