... few days ago I observed that by searching on Google my products pictures constantly appears linked by a false Pinterest account.
I reported the cases (all the 27! ) for Pinterest and Google also. Google Team tries to re-link my pictures ... they do what's their work , and it is still lot to do, but who will compensate for the financial crunch ...?
My question is that is anybody here who has similar problem?
And can I ask for financial compensation cause by this repeatedly infringements? You know, peoples/potential costumers searching in this way can't found my products and this act strikes the law of intellectual property rights ...
