First off, I love your shop. It has beautiful pictures & looks very well branded. I would suggest using more models though. Just 1 pic of the item on someone would be great. It doesn't even need to be the first pic. Honestly I am usually more drawn to clicking on items with pretty, artsy pics like the ones you you have for most of your items, but i click to find out more about how the item actually looks. So having a second or third pic of someone wearing it would help.
Also, fancy titles are fun, but it is really better if you use the first 3 words to state what the item really is. For ex. instead of
"Gold Leaf and Flower Headband inlaid With Sparkling Crystals-Sweet Bay Natural Gold Leaf"
Do:
"Gold Crystal Headband - Sweet Bay Natural Gold Leaf and Flower Headband"
The search engine views the first 3 words as the most important & people are more likely to search for a "Gold Crystal Headband" than a "Gold Leaf and"
And lastly, I notice your tags are (1) basically the same thing & (2) pretty much exclusively vague adjectives. If you were searching for one of your items how many of those tag words would you actually use in your search? Stick with nouns & specific adjectives like colors. And use phrases.
Ex. "Gold Headband" "Rose Headband" "Hair accessory" "Crystal Headpiece" "Bridal Headpiece" ect.
With some items it is hard but try to limit yourself to using the same word in a tag more than 2-3 times an item. Not sure why, but it has been observed that this will lower where you come up in search results. So if you use "Gold Headband" & "Rose Headband" try to avoid using "Headband" in another tag. Also some of the style words that you use in descriptions should go into your tags.
And don't underestimate the power of off etsy advertising & connecting. Becoming an online presence as a person who owns a shop (not just a shop) can bring in a lot of customers if you find the right audience.
I hope this helps, and good luck!
