How to take my shop to the next level?

Hi everyone!

I've been on Etsy now for a few month. I constantly read others shop critiques and try to use the thoughts to make my own shop better (I hope!). I have had good sales --although over half have been from buyers who I can track to my friends or family (which is awesome --they have helped me A LOT). Now that the fam and friends have passed along my site to all those who would be interested, I would like to focus on taking my shop to the next level to catch the eye of the unknown Etsy buyer.

Any thoughts on prices, my tags, photos, or descriptions would be super appreciated! I have connected my site to a Facebook page as well, but I'm still trying to balance how to best use it.

Thanks all,
Sarah

Your shop looks great! Lots of keywords, the descriptions are engaging.

When taking a shop to the next level, it usually has to do with creating an experience. You have done a good job of creating a mood or experience with words, now just a bit more with the pics.

I like the wedding sign listing where you have not only a photo of the sign in a setting, but a picture of you painting the sign. Why not add a picture of a person using the wallets? Think of who your buyers are or would like to be, who is that type of person, and then try photographing someone like that using or holding the wallets.

This one could be photographed on a beach:

Hope that little bit will get your ideas going.
