How to price items?

I am wondering if my pricing may be too high. How do you guys price your items? I take into account the cost and my time thats how I came up with my prices, just wondering if there is a better way or another strategy.

Hey Shana,

Cute products! My items are vintage, so I research the brands and check to see what other shops are selling similar items for. Also what shape my particular item is in plays a huge role. But i know that wouldn't be an issue for you, since your products aren't used.

I base my prices off of my time spent making it and the supplies used in making the item. But I know there's a lot of different pricing spreadsheets and techniques out there too, I think I've seen a few articles on Etsy regarding pricing.
