How to package prints for a craft show

Any ideas for how to package prints for an upcoming craft show I have next week? I actually have them packed up in cellophane bags with a sturdy backer board behind them, but should I get actual shopping bags to put them in once they are purchased? Any other ideas besides shopping bags? It seems kind of wasteful to use a large bag for a small print...

This craft show is driving me nuts and I keep thinking of new things every day that I overlooked! I still need to come up with a tablecloth idea too!

Re: How to package prints for a craft show

I have a few craft shows coming up this winter. I order from Uline.com or Paperline.com
You can pick paper or plastic and different sizes and buy in bulk so it's cheaper and you'll have them for shows to come.
I think I got 1000 7x12 bags for like $23.

ooo if you get paper, you can tell the buyers they can reuse for the holidays!

Tablecloth...Depending on the space/table size, in the past I've used a small bed sheet if you've got one or you can always get one at the dollar store :)
[If you buy at the dollar store, get 2 and some tape as their sizes are usually smaller]
:)

I've used bed sheets for the table too. I even put boxes under the sheet to give the table levels which might help you display some of your prints better so they aren't all just laying flat on the table. I would have some out, and then maybe have a bunch in bins that people can quickly flip through to see if there is anything else they like.

Good luck!

If you feel like crafting: something I've done in the past is make paper carriers from glossy magazine pages. Unstaple, so you get large sheets. Then tape or staple on two sides and cut out a hole for holding it at the top. If you have some old stylish magazines lying around it can be really pretty.
Have fun at your show!
