How to leave feedback for the seller?

Hi everyone,

My customer received my doll today. She said she loved the doll but she's not sure how to give feedback. I'm also new here so I'm not sure either. Can you please give me the instructions so I can tell her?

This is my first feedback so it's really really important for my business here.

Hi ~
All she needs to do is click the "Your Account" link near the top right of her shop page (if she has a shop :)

Then she should see a left-side menu with a "Feedback" link as one of the options.

That will take her to the correct area...

Hi Van!
The easiest way is to have them hover over the My Account button on the top right of their screen and click on Feedback. This should work for you too, so you can leave them feedback for being a good customer! All they have to do after that is click the button for Positive and type in their review.

You could also just give her this link:

www.etsy.com/feedback/awaiting

She'll see all of her awaiting feedback.
1- find your transaction
2-click for positive, neutral or negative
3-optional comment box
4-SUBMIT

I also have new customers and the entire feedback thing is a big ugly maze for them.

What I do...inform the customer to go to www.etsy.com/feedback/awaiting, and it is much easier for me than leading them though the maze at the top of their page.
