How to leave Feedback

Grrrrrr. I always thought as a buyer that access to leaving a feedback was unintuitive, but got past that. Now with the recent changes i can't figure out how to leave feedback for an item I just bought. I am a technology specialist by day, so I'm not tech stupid. BUT. right now Etsy's site is making feel stupid ; (.

I know Etsy phased out leaving feedback fro buyers (makes sense), but I'm talking bout just leaving feedback for something I bought. It arrived 3 days ago and I still haven't gotten a message on my log in page that I need to leave feedback.
And if it's so hard for me to find, how are my customers, who many are first timers to Etsy to find it??!! Thinking back, my last few customers have sent me emails to tell me they received and like the items -- now I'm thinking that's because they couldn't figure out how to leave feedback either. I checked my (iOS) mobile app - nothing there either for leaving feedback. Boooo!

I do hope Etsy is working on making the feedback system more intuitive and visible but in the meantime can someone tell me how to leave feedback for purchases now?

I am with you here!
The new "feedback" system just showed up and I had to go to a discussion thread about it to learn that it was now under my "purchases".
I've been on etsy 1-1/2 years! YOure right- how will a new buyer find it???
Etsy needs to stop experimenting.

If the feedback as buyers wasn't important, the n just take THAT away and leave the rest of it intact.

Its crazy that people can only write 5 words of a comment??
I want the old feedback back!

Same for me , I do not see where I can leave feedback ( I am a shop owner who bought something from another shop)... some help would be great...

As far as I understand it, feedback on something you have purchased can only be left once the processing date listed has passed. You will get email notification from Etsy to say that you can now leave a review.

You will also be able to change that review for 60 days as many times as you like.

The time to leave feedback is using this method item processing time + 5 days.

I know it keeps buyers from leaving FB early but there should be a button to click to says the item arrived and then leave FB

I agree Elizabeth! There should be a button that the buyer can choose that says "Item has arrived, I would like to leave a review now"
or something along those lines!

As a seller, how can I leave feedback for my buyers. I used to just click on "Feedback" under "Your Account". But now the "Feedback" is missing.
