Grrrrrr. I always thought as a buyer that access to leaving a feedback was unintuitive, but got past that. Now with the recent changes i can't figure out how to leave feedback for an item I just bought. I am a technology specialist by day, so I'm not tech stupid. BUT. right now Etsy's site is making feel stupid ; (.
I know Etsy phased out leaving feedback fro buyers (makes sense), but I'm talking bout just leaving feedback for something I bought. It arrived 3 days ago and I still haven't gotten a message on my log in page that I need to leave feedback.
And if it's so hard for me to find, how are my customers, who many are first timers to Etsy to find it??!! Thinking back, my last few customers have sent me emails to tell me they received and like the items -- now I'm thinking that's because they couldn't figure out how to leave feedback either. I checked my (iOS) mobile app - nothing there either for leaving feedback. Boooo!
I do hope Etsy is working on making the feedback system more intuitive and visible but in the meantime can someone tell me how to leave feedback for purchases now?
