How to get more views/sales?????

Hello everyone!

I make small leather accessories and opened my shop almost a year ago. My sales and views are very slow and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice what to change to make a difference? I have tried to change tags and titles, worked on my photography, posting in teams etc but it made no difference so far. So a bit of help would be greatly appreciated, thank you xx

What are you doing to actively bring customers to your shop? Etsy provides you with the store front but its up to you to reach out to your target customer to let them know you exist.

Also your shop announcement
"Hello and Thank you for stopping by at my shop! Have a look, all my items are handmade by me at my london home! If you like to order something custom made, please feel free to contact me! ""

really doesn't tell me anything at all about what you are selling. You may want to try to include some information about your shop in the first few lines of your announcement.

Your pictures are beautiful!
One thing I don't see that you mentioned is being active with treasuries. I found I spurred some activity for myself when I started making them and sharing them on my Facebook and Twitter. Also, when I make a treasury, the person who has that item is alerted, but I still send them a message letting them know I liked their product and featured it.

By doing this, you become a little more active with other Etsy users and will hopefully be featured in treasuries down the line. People love to feature items with great photos, that which you do have. I typically notice sales shortly after I've been featured, which is really nice to see - and I always go back and thank that person who made the treasury. :)

Thank you both for taking the time and give me some great feedback! I will try it out and will see what happens: For example I really didn't know that it makes a difference if the shop announcement actually has information about the products. Also I am aware about my lack in treasury making and will crack on with that!!!!!

i think you need a lot more items. you don´t even have 50 so it is rather hard to find you.
do you use only etsy to promote your shop or do you promote outside too?? if not try pinterest, wanelo, tumblr and so on

Your photos are great. I think you should break up your shop categories to be more detailed. Instead of just saying "Leather Goods" list "Leather Wallets" "Leather Coin Purses" "Leather iPhone Cases" as that is how people search. You want to make it easy for people to find what they want when they get to your shop, otherwise they will leave. Sometimes a photo doesn't always tell what the product is. I thought one of your photos was an iPhone case but it was a key holder.

You have to promote. Twitter is more for business to business. Tumblr and Instagram are the two most popular social media sites for fashion accessories. Wanelo helps. Try the fashion blogs as well.
