I have a few friends who are not happy about their occupations and have plenty of time in their hands and I'd love to get them to form a team or coop with me to expand my studio, get more ideas, extend my social network and offer more stuff and sell more. How do I do that? I know I can't make anyone be as enthused about my business as I am, but how do I get the message to them that I'd love them to help me and form an upbeat group of sellers?
